Job summary

Cermaticom is seeking a proactive Operations Excellence specialist to analyze and improve core business processes in a dynamic fintech environment. You will drive documentation, set targets, monitor incentives, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years working experience in Operation Excellence or Business Operations Improvements, especially in the financial industry.
• Attention to details, critical mindset and self driven to get things done.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify root causes and creativity to solve problems.
• Ability to multitask and deliver initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ongoing and upcoming business processes to ensure proper documentation is available.
• Identify, develop, evaluate organization's core operational processes (target setting, incentive calculation, reporting, setting metrics & SLA).
• Work closely with operations manager or stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives.
• Provide direction and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure routine business processes are completed on time and accurate (serves as backup PIC in case needed).
• Ensure deliverables from junior team members are up to standard and free of error.
