Job summary

Sika Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and mobile Technical Engineer to join our Channel Distribution team. You will provide on-site technical support, product training, and hands-on demonstrations of Sika systems to contractors and distributors.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, at least 3 years in construction, and willingness to travel across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will combine strong knowledge of construction materials with excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
Minimum 3 years in construction chemicals or related industries.
Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and application methods.
Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Willingness to travel across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on, on-site technical support to customers and distributors.
Deliver product training and introductions to Sika Systems and products.
Execute product mock-ups and conduct trainer sessions for VM Residential and Sika Pro Centers.
Conduct product testing and support continuous quality improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze feedback and resolve field issues.
