Job summary

PT. DUTA SARANA PERKASA - Dusaspun Group is seeking a PRECAST SALES ENGINEER based in Gambir, Jakarta Raya.

You will drive sales and provide technical support, liaising with clients from design through installation and coordinating with production and engineering teams for on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 5+ years in sales/technical roles in precast, and strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or technical role within precast concrete industry.
• Excellent understanding of precast concrete design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and meeting targets.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with clients to understand their construction needs and requirements, proposing suitable precast solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, drawings, and specifications to support the sales process.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, from design to installation.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of precast products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase DUSASPUN GROUP's capabilities.
• Contribute to development of sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.
