Job summary

Nodewave is seeking an experienced Tech Lead/Senior Fullstack Engineer to own the end-to-end system architecture across the frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure. You will drive scalability, resilience, and maintainability while documenting key technical decisions.

You will shape AI data modeling, API contracts, authorization strategy, and multi-tenant patterns, mentoring engineers and collaborating with Product Management, UI/UX, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Tech Lead, Staff, or Senior Fullstack Engineer on complex web apps.
• Deep expertise in frontend: Next.js, React, TS, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, shadcn.
• Strong backend: Bun, Hono, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with multi-tenant data isolation, RBAC+ABAC, and API security.
• Knowledge of JWT-based authentication and scalable API design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system architecture including frontend, backend, database, and infra.
• Make and document key technical decisions (AI data modeling, API contracts, auth strategy).
• Design multi-layered RBAC+ABAC authorization and multi-tenant isolation.
• Lead and mentor engineers; drive collaboration with PM, UI/UX, and other teams.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployments to cloud infra, migrations, and rollbacks.
• Ensure code quality with clean code, reviews, and conventional commits.
