Job summary

PT Ersada Valve Utama is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to provide technical support to the Sales team and customers, recommending products based on specifications. You will review inquiries, drawings, and datasheets, assist with complaints and RMAs, and maintain thorough records of communications and orders.

The role requires reading engineering datasheets, strong English for business, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

Good understanding of engineering products and technical specifications.
Ability to read and understand datasheets, drawings, and technical documents.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good command of English, especially for business correspondence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up tasks effectively.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the Sales team and customers regarding products and applications.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on technical specifications.
Review customer inquiries, specifications, drawings, datasheets, and product requirements.
Assist in handling customer complaints, technical issues, RMA, replacement, and product claims.
Provide after-sales technical support when required.
Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and technical documentation.
Ensure all products offered are in accordance with customer requirements and applicable specifications.
