Sika is seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to support our Channel Distribution team across Indonesia. The role focuses on field-based technical support, product training, and driving expansion in the Vertical Market Residential segment and Sika Pro Centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, on-site technical support to customers and distributors.
• Deliver product training and introduce Sika Systems and Products.
• Conduct product mock-ups and training for the VM Residential segment.
• Create QC Modules for field projects and centers.
• Perform product testing including internal development and external comparisons.
• Identify and implement process improvements for quality and productivity.
