Job summary

Sika, perusahaan kimia khusus dengan posisi terdepan global di sektor bangunan dan manufaktur, mencari Perencana Produksi yang berpengalaman untuk menyusun rencana produksi harian, mingguan, dan bulanan berdasarkan penjualan serta pesanan pelanggan.

Anda akan mengoordinasikan pekerjaan dengan tim lintas fungsi dan memastikan keseimbangan antara permintaan pasar, kapasitas produksi, tenaga kerja, dan material.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Teknik Industri atau Teknik Kimia.
• Minimal 4 tahun pengalaman di perencanaan produksi di lingkungan manufaktur berskala tinggi.

Responsibilities

• Mengembangkan dan mengatur rencana produksi harian, mingguan, dan bulanan berdasarkan forecast penjualan dan pesanan pelanggan.
• Membuat work/process orders dan mendistribusikannya ke tim produksi sesuai jadwal produksi.
• Menjaga keseimbangan antara permintaan pasar, kapasitas produksi, tenaga kerja, dan ketersediaan material secara optimal.
• Memantau realisasi produksi terhadap rencana yang telah ditetapkan, serta menilai KPI departemen.

Uraian Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and arrange daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Create work/process orders and accurately distribute them to the production team in alignment with the production schedule.
• Ensure a strict and optimal balance between market demand, production capacity, manpower allocation, and material availability.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate actual production realization against the predetermined plans.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve potential constraints or bottlenecks that could impact the achievement of production schedules.
• Coordinate seamlessly across cross-functional departments—including Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Service, and Quality—regarding the execution of production plans.
• Prepare, analyze, and present department Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven working experience in production planning, ideally within a high-volume or highly complex manufacturing environment.
• Technical Competencies:
  • Strong expertise in production planning and scheduling.
  • Solid capability in Data Management, Work Order processing, and Production Documentation utilizing ERP Systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4Hana is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in English is considered a strong advantage.
• Soft Competencies:
  • High adaptability with sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the proven ability to coordinate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
  • High accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong, collaborative team player.
