Job summary

Delta Data Mandiri is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create, maintain, and translate technical documentation across system docs, API docs, user manuals, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles. You will work with developers, system analysts, QA, and other teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in a related field and 1–2 years' experience, strong English writing, and familiarity with SDLC and documentation tools such as Word, Google Docs, Confluence, Notion, and Markdown.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, IT, CS, English or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience creating user manuals, SOPs, or API documentation.
• Familiarity with SDLC and software development processes.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, Markdown and MS Word/Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain clear and user-friendly technical documentation.
• Translate complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and analysts to gather information.
• Develop system docs, API docs, user manuals, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Review and update docs to reflect system changes and standards.
• Organize documentation with templates, terminology, and version control.
• Interview SMEs to obtain technical information.
• Structure docs for easy findability and understanding.
• Ensure docs follow company and project standards.
• Support project teams with documentation for delivery and handover.
• Experience documenting REST APIs / Swagger / OpenAPI (Nice to Have).
