Job summary

Graha Karya Informasi is seeking a skilled Project Specialist to coordinate efforts across technical and non-technical teams for a banking-IT project. You will drive installation, configuration, setup, and delivery, ensuring outputs meet expectations and milestones are met.

The role requires 2-5 years in Project Management/Delivery, SDLC knowledge, Core Banking familiarity, and fluent English. A management-focused, proactive, and collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Informatica or related.
• 2-5 years experience in Project Management/Project Delivery/Application Delivery.
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge/experience in Core Banking is preferred.
• Proficiency with English (written and oral) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate both technical and non-technical with respective parties to ensure implementation of this project.
• Perform technical execution during installation, configuration, application setup and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure output is as expected.
• Proactively execute project items and help provide resolution for project items that may become roadblocks for project milestones.
• Monitor, track and report project progress and update for items requiring immediate attention/escalation.
