Job summary

PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri is seeking an IT Project Manager to assist planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT projects to ensure timely delivery in a banking/fintech context.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, manage scope and risks, support Agile ceremonies, and leverage AI prompting techniques to boost project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and banking business processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques.
• Good to excellent skills in work planning, scope management, resource management, risk/issue management, quality management, and change management.
• Strong communication, logical thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of software development or IT technical concepts is a plus.
