Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an internship candidate in Indonesia to assist with designing and improving manufacturing processes. You will work on motion-time analysis, productivity reporting, and process improvements while gaining hands-on experience in a global energy management and automation company.

The role targets active Bachelor or Diploma students in engineering fields, with proficiency in AutoCAD, LADM, MTM, and MS Office, and a willingness to be placed in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Active Bachelor Degree or Diploma student (max. 8th semester) in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, LADM, MTM, Microsoft Office applications, Gerber software.
• Analytical with a keen eye for detail.
• Customer service and quality oriented.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable, flexible and balanced manufacturing processes while considering safety, quality and production system principles.
• Monitor plant productivity and solve problems as they occur.
• Prepare and present motion-time analysis and productivity reports.
• Identify, analyze and implement improvements to the technical limits and human interfaces of manufacturing processes.
