Sefas Group is seeking a Technical Engineer Intern to support our technical and sales teams with product applications, customer support, and documentation. This hands-on internship offers practical exposure to industrial engineering and real business projects.

You will learn product knowledge, assist in recommendations and troubleshooting, prepare technical reports, and coordinate with teams to deliver solutions. Fresh graduates from Mechanical or Chemical Engineering are welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with an engineering background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong interest in technical sales or application engineering.
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment or lubricants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn product knowledge, applications, and the industries served by Sefas Group.
• Assist the technical and sales teams in product recommendations and customer support.
• Support customer visits, product trials, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing technical data and laboratory results.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Support presales and after-sales service activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide technical solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
