Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or technical support role in industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong organisational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced team.
• Basic understanding of technical terminology and processes relevant to minerals or industrial sectors.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to propose practical solutions.
• Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
• Professional attitude, reliability and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain technical documentation, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate, organised and easily accessible
• Provide administrative support to technical teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating resources and managing project timelines
• Assist with the preparation of technical reports, presentations and correspondence for internal stakeholders and external clients
• Support the coordination of technical equipment, tools and materials, ensuring proper inventory management and procurement processes
• Liaise between departments to facilitate communication and ensure smooth coordination of technical projects and initiatives
• Maintain and update technical specifications, standard operating procedures and other operational documentation
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and provide frontline support for common technical and administrative queries
• Monitor and track project progress, maintaining records and generating status reports as required
• Support the organisation of technical training sessions, workshops and team meetings
