Job summary

PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and train warehouse staff, manage stock accuracy, and ensure safe, efficient operations for mining-related logistics.

You will coordinate with production and procurement, maintain equipment, and produce regular operational reports while driving cost-saving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehousing, logistics or distribution experience, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
• Demonstrated supervisory or foreman experience with leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics operations.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records to ensure material availability for production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all logistics activities.
• Direct and train warehouse staff and equipment operators to maintain productivity and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to optimise material flow and reduce bottlenecks.
• Maintain and manage logistics equipment including forklifts, conveyors and storage facilities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on logistics operations, material movements and discrepancies.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures to reduce costs and improve throughput.
• Respond to operational issues promptly and elevate complex matters to senior management as required.

Maintain and manage logistics equipment including forklifts, conveyor systems and storage facilities

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on logistics operations, material movements and any incidents or discrepancies

Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures to reduce costs and improve throughput

Respond to operational issues promptly and elevate complex matters to senior management as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution operations, preferably in mining or heavy industrial sectors

Demonstrated supervisory or foreman experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics operations

Excellent understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements

Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications

Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Physical capability to perform duties in a demanding warehouse environment

Fluency in Indonesian and English languages (both spoken and written)

Knowledge of mining operations and supply chain management is highly desirable
