Job summary

PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya is seeking a capable logistics foreman to supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations across mining sites, overseeing material handling, transportation, and equipment movement.

You will lead logistics staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, optimise routes, inspect vehicles, maintain accurate records, and liaise with other departments to keep materials flowing and downtime to a minimum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in mining or heavy industry operations.
• Demonstrated supervisory or foreman-level experience with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation management and material handling.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in logistics software and computer systems; Microsoft Office proficiency is essential.
• Sound understanding of safety regulations and best practices in mining operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Physical capability to perform regular site inspections and work in challenging mining environments.
• Valid driver's licence and experience with heavy vehicle operation is advantageous.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
