Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner to shape our talent strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier tech and specialized talent. This strategic and hands-on role requires building strong partnerships with stakeholders and owning full-cycle recruitment.

You will source, screen, and guide candidates through interviews and onboarding, delivering a world-class experience and driving improvements in our recruitment processes and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for tech roles (engineering, product, data) and specialized/business roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior and specialized roles across tech and non-tech functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and refine job briefs.
• Source high-quality candidates via professional networks, platforms, and targeted outreach.
• Drive structured screening, assessment, and interview processes.
• Manage stakeholder communication with clarity and influence throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain talent pipelines and deliver hiring updates and insights to leadership.
• Champion an excellent candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding.

You will own full‑cycle recruitment for key roles, influence hiring decisions through data and insights, and ensure that every candidate has a world‑class experience throughout the hiring journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job briefs, and provide market insights
• Source high‑quality candidates through strategic channels, including professional networks, platforms, communities, and targeted outreach
• Drive structured screening, assessment, and interview processes to ensure strong role‑to‑candidate alignment
• Manage stakeholder communication with clarity, consistency, and influence throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Maintain accurate talent pipelines and deliver regular hiring updates, analytics, and insights to leadership
• Champion an excellent candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer acceptance and onboarding
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven success hiring for tech roles (e.g., engineering, product, data) and specialized/business roles
• Strong ability to source and assess niche talent using advanced search strategies and networks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving hiring processes with minimal supervision
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical thinking and familiarity with hiring metrics
• Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) in Jakarta
