The role blends hands-on coding (about 60%) with mentoring, code reviews, and stakeholder collaboration (about 40%), requiring 5+ years in full stack development and 1–2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience, with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Expert knowledge of C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and Web API.
• Strong relational databases experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Cloud and DevOps exposure with Azure or AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications in the .NET stack.
• Define system architecture and ensure adherence to design patterns (Microservices, DDD, or Clean Architecture).
• Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Drive full-stack execution ensuring seamless integration between back-end APIs and front-end interfaces.

• Database Knowledge: Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL solutions (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, or AWS) and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
