Job summary

PermataBank in Tangerang Selatan seeks a Business Analyst for the Assisted Channel to identify user issues, coordinate multi-unit requirements, and document changes through CRs. You will support SDLC processes, create test scenarios, and validate deployments with users to ensure production readiness.

The role requires ensuring application changes are properly documented and aligned with project goals, with hands-on involvement in testing and deployment across related systems.

Qualifications

• Identify issues faced by application users or business units to propose appropriate development solutions.
• Coordinate with other units/departments for applications that are integrated or related to other systems, to ensure requirements alignment and assess potential impacts.
• Provide solutions to application usage issues and document them in a Change Request (CR) form for mutual agreement on the solution.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative documentation of the SDLC in line with established policies and procedures.
• Create test scenario scripts for application testing based on CRs to ensure proper testing preparation.
• Conduct application testing with application users based on CRs to maintain quality.
• Coordinate the deployment process with application users, developers, and project managers when applicable.
• Conduct Production Assurance Testing (PAT) with users after deployment to ensure no adverse production impacts.
