Job summary

Shopee Indonesia in Bandung is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations, enforce safety and 5S standards, and optimize workflow within the warehouse using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

You will lead teams, allocate manpower dynamically, monitor inbound, outbound, and inventory processes, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues on the floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification of Senior High School, Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related logistics role or fulfillment industry.
• Proven familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong experience in operating and managing workflows within a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Willing to work in rotating shifts and placed according to company needs within the assigned city.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven capability to lead, motivate, and manage both small and large operational teams.
