Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is hiring a Warehouse Operator to support daily logistics operations in Yogyakarta. You will implement 5S, monitor workflows, allocate manpower, and oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control using WMS.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in logistics, basic data tracking skills, and proven leadership to manage teams across shifts. Rotating shifts and city-based placement are required.

Qualifications

• Senior high school or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a logistics or fulfillment role.
• Proficient in data tracking and reporting tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong experience operating and managing workflows within a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Willing to work in rotating shifts and be placed according to company needs within the assigned city.
• Strong leadership skills to lead, motivate, and manage both small and large operational teams.
