Job summary

Kinderfield is seeking an experienced Teaching & Learning Specialist (PSKG & Primary) to join the Head Office Training & Development team. You will support and mentor teachers across Primary and Secondary levels through practical, school-based professional learning.

Working closely with schools, you will focus on instruction, assessment, and reporting. You will design programs, develop materials, facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions, evaluate outcomes, maintain LMS, and promote a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of classroom teaching experience at PSKG and/or Primary level.
• Strong pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment practices.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and support teachers with empathy and professionalism.
• Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
• Collaborative, growth-oriented, solution-focused mindset.
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience in designing and delivering training & learning programs.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with LMS, e-learning tools, and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify training and professional development needs via assessments and stakeholder input.
• Analyze skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Design structured training programs, learning pathways, and development initiatives.
• Create training materials: modules, guides, handouts, and e-learning content.
• Ensure content aligns with goals, competencies, and standards.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid training for teachers and staff.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs and external providers as needed.
• Support onboarding and induction training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and metrics.
• Monitor participation, outcomes, and ROI; improve programs accordingly.
• Maintain training schedules, attendance, and LMS records.
• Promote continuous learning and support career development initiatives.
