Job summary

Kinderfield - Highfield School Indonesia - Head Office is seeking a dedicated Program/Curriculum Development Officer for Preschool & Kindergarten. You will collaborate with the team to craft curricula, syllabuses, and lesson materials, ensuring alignment with school goals.

You will observe classes, update curricula, and train teachers on new programs, while maintaining records and driving ongoing improvement across centers in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in curriculum development or early years teaching.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse school stakeholders.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
• Commitment to creating a high-quality learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum for preschool and kindergarten level with other team members.
• Make Syllabuses, Lesson Plans, Yearly & Semester Plan, Worksheet, and other teaching materials.
• Observe classes regularly to see the implementation of the curriculum.
• Update and revise the Program/Curriculum regularly.
• Communicate changes and updates in program/curriculum to school administrators & teachers, as well as conduct training regarding the updates.
• Monitoring and evaluating the lessons at our centers to identify areas for improvement(across Indonesia).
• Keeping records and reporting after visiting the centers.
• Give regular professional development and/or curriculum updates to teachers.
• Take part in annual events.
