Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching or instructional roles, with at least 2 years specifically focused on online pedagogy or coaching educators in online environments.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories applicable to online learning.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to adult learners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
