Job summary

Kinderfield School - Bandung is seeking an enthusiastic PSKG teacher to lead a Preschool and Kindergarten class, plan lessons, and manage daily activities. You will teach multiple core subjects and integrate social-emotional learning into the curriculum.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor or Master in Education (PG PAUD/PG TK) and at least 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience. Strong English proficiency, leadership skills, and willingness to work Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Education (PG PAUD/PG TK) or related field.
• At least 2 years of teaching kindergarten experience.
• Max. age 40.
• Leadership or management experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and good communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Preschool and Kindergarten lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Introduce social concepts, citizenship, values, and community awareness age-appropriately.
• Use interactive methods: storytelling, discussion, role play, project-based activities.
• Foster social skills, empathy, cooperation, and respect for diversity.
• Observe and assess student progress; provide feedback and maintain records.
• Communicate progress with parents and prepare progress reports.
• Participate in curriculum planning and school activities.
• Collaborate with teachers on interdisciplinary learning.
