PT Duta Abadi Primantara, a leading mattress and bedding company with exclusive licenses for Aireloom®, King Koil®, Serta®, and Tempur®, invites a qualified tax professional to join as Senior Tax Manager.

You will lead corporate tax compliance (PPh, PPN, PPnBM), prepare SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan, and oversee transfer pricing documentation and tax planning for IPO readiness. Fluent English and extensive Indonesia tax knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of taxation experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory IPO readiness, tax due diligence, or corporate restructuring experience.
• Big 4/tier-1 tax consulting experience and multinational exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK 46, Coretax DJP, e-Faktur.

Responsabilités

• Lead corporate tax compliance and reporting activities (PPh, PPN, PPnBM, Coretax DJP).
• Prepare and review Monthly & Annual Tax Returns (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan).
• Prepare current and deferred tax calculations per PSAK 46.
• Manage tax provisions, reconciliations, and disclosures.
• Support IPO readiness, including tax due diligence with auditors and legal advisors.
• Prepare Transfer Pricing Documentation (Master/Local File, CbCR where applicable).
• Provide tax planning and advisory for strategic transactions.
• Lead tax audits, objections, and appeals; maintain authority relationships with tax authorities.
• Strengthen tax governance, internal controls, and ERP integration.
• Lead, develop, and coach the Tax team.

Lead all corporate tax compliance and reporting activities (PPh, PPN, PPnBM, Coretax DJP).

Prepare and review Monthly & Annual Tax Returns (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan).

Prepare current and deferred tax calculations in accordance with PSAK 46.

Manage tax provisions, tax reconciliations, and financial statement disclosures.

Support the Company's IPO readiness, including tax due diligence and coordination with auditors, underwriters, legal advisors, and tax consultants.

Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing Documentation (Master File, Local File, and CbCR where applicable).

Provide tax planning and advisory for strategic business transactions.

Lead tax audits, objections, and appeals while maintaining relationships with tax authorities.

Strengthen tax governance, internal controls, and ERP integration.

Lead, develop, and coach the Tax team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.

Brevet A & B required; Brevet C and USKP are advantages.

Minimum 8 years of taxation experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.

Mandatory experience supporting IPO readiness, tax due diligence, or corporate restructuring.

Experience in Big 4/tier-1 tax consulting and manufacturing or multi-entity companies is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK 46, Coretax DJP, e-Faktur, and ERP systems.

Experience handling tax audits, transfer pricing, and multinational transactions.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
