Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact from Talent Solution after Business Development handoff, guiding prospective clients to understand value and achieve buy-in.
• Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand client requirements across Corporate Training, Recruitment, Assessment, and Consulting.
• Develop high-quality proposals and pitch decks tailored to each client's needs and context.
• Present solutions persuasively to secure agreement and initiate project engagement.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Project Manager to ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation.
• Contribute to Talent Solution revenue targets as a key KPI.
• Stay current with HR Tech, corporate learning, and consulting trends to improve client advisory quality.
