Job summary

PT Daya5 Rekrutmen is seeking an experienced Consultant – Assessment Center to join its growing consulting team in Jakarta. This role focuses on talent assessment, leadership development, and partnering with organizations to drive people decisions.

You will lead end-to-end Assessment Center engagements, work with senior stakeholders across industries, and design customized programs that align with client objectives and competency frameworks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• 7–10 years total work experience with 3–5 years in Assessment Center.
• Proven experience managing high-level stakeholders and organizations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business priorities, leadership challenges, and talent development needs.
• Lead discovery and needs analysis discussions to identify organizational gaps and recommend appropriate assessment solutions.
• Design and deliver customized Assessment Center programs aligned with client objectives and competency frameworks.
• Develop strategic proposals and presentations that communicate solution value and business impact effectively.
• Manage end-to-end consulting projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, execution, timeline management, and quality assurance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights, recommendations, and consultation throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Facilitate assessment-related discussions, calibration sessions, and leadership conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with assessors, psychologists, consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, assessment methodologies, leadership frameworks, and talent management best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the consulting team
