Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to talent management or organizational development.
• Knowledge of HR practices and talent management processes.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle and HR analytics fundamentals.
• Exposure to psychometric testing and assessment center methodologies preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations).
• Basic skills in data collection, analysis and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored client advisory on talent management and acquisition.
• Manage and execute talent consulting projects.
• Analyze and report Talent Behavior insights.
• Deliver developmental workshops and coaching.
• Perform talent data analysis and reporting with visualization.
• Conduct trainings in psychometrics and behavioral assessment methods.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.
