Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and People Development.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and BEI skills.
• Experience developing employee engagement or development programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI; able to create engaging learning materials.
• Able to work independently, stay organized and monitor programs regularly.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, job requirements, and priorities.
• Manage employee training & development needs and coordinate programs.
• Oversee employee career development and talent management initiatives.
• Develop employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
• Support employee relations, concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally.
