Job summary

PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima (IMPERIAL GROUP) is seeking an HR Learning & Development professional to manage and oversee employee development, training programs, promotions, and performance appraisals.

You will drive Training Needs Analysis, organize internal/external programs with 85% completion, develop HiPo and critical-position tracking, and ensure onboarding is completed by day 3. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, HR Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience in Learning Development or Talent Development in F&B, Manufacturing, or Retail.
• Experience as a trainer, facilitator, or module creator is a strong plus.
• Knowledge in Strategic Leadership & Visioning, F&B financial management, Change Management, Crisis & Risk Management, and Digital Transformation in F&B.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning & Execution, Budgeting & Cost Optimization, Data-Driven Decision Making, and F&B Legal & Regulatory Compliance.
• Advanced proficiency (Level 5) in People Management, Strategic Thinking, Business Acumen, and Developing People.
• Strong Customer Focus, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Communication, Negotiation, Decision-Making, and Problem Solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee employee development functions, including training programs, internal promotions, performance appraisals, and succession planning to enhance employee competence and productivity.
• Ensure employee discipline, optimize resource utilization, manage and distribute data/reports, coach and evaluate personnel, maintain a 5S work environment, and oversee compliance with work instructions.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) at least once a year and lead the organization of internal/external training programs, aiming for a minimum 85% completion rate of the annual plan.
• Manage the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring 100% completion before the end of Q1 and at least 95% employee participation.
• Develop systems to identify HiPo employees and Critical Positions every semester, ensuring the database is 100% accurate and updated every 6 months.
• Evaluate training effectiveness (reaction, learning, behavior, results) to achieve at least 80% positive feedback, and ensure 100% complete documentation.
• Develop and monitor onboarding programs, ensuring 100% execution by the employee's third day (H+3).
• Act as an internal facilitator or liaison for external trainers with no significant complaints, and submit accurate, timely monthly/annual reports to the Head People Operations.
