Job summary

PT Masmindo Dwi Area (Masmindo) is seeking a Talent Management & People Development Manager to design and drive integrated talent management and learning strategies across the organization.

You will lead succession planning, competency development, career management, and development programs, partnering with senior leaders to build a high‑performance culture and a strong leadership pipeline for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Human Capital / HR with exposure to Talent Management and Learning & Development.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or leadership experience in Talent Management/Development/OD.
• Experience in designing and implementing talent management, succession planning, development and learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Talent Management strategies and programs, including talent identification, mapping, succession planning, and career development.
• Lead development of high-potential and critical talent through structured development programs and IDPs.
• Manage Learning & Development strategies, including needs analysis, competency development, leadership development, and programs.
• Establish and maintain career and competency frameworks to support employee growth and organizational capability.
• Partner with business leaders to identify current and future capability requirements and develop solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness and impact of programs using metrics and analytics.
• Strengthen leadership pipeline and succession readiness for critical positions.
• Promote a continuous learning, performance, and development culture across the organization.
• Manage training budget, compliance records, external partners, and resources as required.
• Align Talent & Development initiatives with business strategy and HC roadmap.
