Job summary

PT. Entrepreneur Trust Digital is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple open roles in Bandung.

You will manage reference checks, candidate communications, and onboarding documentation, while leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals to identify top talents. The ideal candidate has at least 3 months of recruiting experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong time-management to handle multiple openings.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fill company needs promptly with a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare candidate summaries.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop creative sourcing techniques to attract top talents.
• Ensure completion of employment documents for new hires.
• Support recruitment team with daily administrative tasks.
