You will manage a small team, collaborate with hiring managers, analyse recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, and streamline processes to support rapid growth while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience in sourcing across multiple channels including job boards and social media

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and feedback
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with hiring forecasts
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from job analyses to onboarding
• Manage recruitment channels and optimise them for efficiency
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
• Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational policies
