Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, management or related field.
• 1–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable with targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates to ensure they meet the role's requirements.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and each user to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Coordinating the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to making job offers.
• Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively reaching out to passive job seekers.
• Providing guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.
• Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics to optimize the process.
