Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruitment/head-hunting or sourcing experience (BPO/ITO preferred).
• Exposure to customer service, sales, or labor-intensive industries is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned sourcing activities to meet target applicant footfall and hires on time.
• Support various sourcing channels/projects as assigned by TA Sourcing Officers/Managers.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations to identify profiles and hiring requirements.
• Maintain databases and trackers for reporting on sourcing operations.
• During Selection, conduct screening and participate in final HR interviews.
