Job summary

Day-to-day duties include building talent pipelines, conducting candidate assessments, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Makassar & Surabaya. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining job requirements, and maintaining a consistent and fair selection process. Day-to-day tasks include building talent pipelines, conducting candidate assessments, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will also support employer branding initiatives, such as promoting Tokoseller across platforms, engaging with potential candidates, and participating in local recruitment events to attract high-quality talent.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, ensuring structured, fair, and competency-based assessments.
• Ability to contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, including promoting the company’s culture and opportunities to potential candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic HR processes.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR; a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field is beneficial.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English is an advantage.
