Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship in recruitment is a plus.
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple recruitment activities.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process from posting to reporting.
• Review and screen CVs to identify candidates and maintain candidate engagement.
• Coordinate interviews, psychological tests, and assessments, including invitations.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and track progress.
• Participate in walk-in interviews, job fairs, campus hiring, and other events.
• Work closely with team and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment.
