Anda akan bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk memastikan output visual konsisten dan berkualitas tinggi. Kandidat dengan minimal satu tahun pengalaman akan dipertimbangkan, termasuk lulusan baru dengan portofolio kuat.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 Visual Communication Design/Graphic Design.
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman desain grafis; fresh graduate dipertimbangkan.
• Menguasai Adobe Photoshop dan Illustrator.
• Pemahaman tata letak, tipografi, warna, dan konsistensi merek.
• Pengalaman di industri kosmetik, FMCG, farmasi atau consumer goods menjadi nilai tambah.
• Komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang baik.

Responsabilités

• Buat dan kembangkan materi visual untuk kampanye merek, peluncuran produk, media sosial, e-commerce, dan aktivitas pemasaran lainnya.
• Kembangkan desain berdasarkan brief kreatif dan pedoman merek.
• Sesuaikan desain untuk berbagai saluran dan format sambil menjaga konsistensi visual.
• Kelola beberapa permintaan desain dan penuhi tenggat waktu yang disepakati.

Description du poste

Create and develop visual materials for brand campaigns, product launches, social media, e-commerce, and other marketing activities.

Develop designs based on creative briefs and brand guidelines, ensuring the visual output is aligned with the brand identity and campaign objectives.

Adapt and revise designs for different channels and formats based on feedback while maintaining visual consistency and quality.

Manage multiple design requests and deliver creative materials within agreed timelines.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or other related fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Design or related roles. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or relevant internship experience may also be considered.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Good understanding of layout, typography, color, visual composition, and brand consistency.

Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry will be an advantage.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.
