Job summary

PT Ultra Sakti is seeking a Corporate Communication & Sustainability Supervisor to analyze, validate, and monitor ESG data across the organization. You will align initiatives with the sustainability strategy and manage data quality.

Responsibilities include implementing programs, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with multiple departments to support data collection and reporting. Fluency in English and MS Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Environmental Studies, Sustainability or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Sustainability/ESG, ESG reporting or data analysis.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or consulting preferred.
• Strong ESG reporting knowledge and related practices.
• Familiar with SROI, ROSI, GHG and ISO standards.
• Strong analytical and data processing skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, coordination and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficient in English; MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• ISO training/certification preferred or required.

CORPORATE COMMUNICATION & SUSTAINABILITY SUPERVISOR

Analyze, validate, and monitor ESG and Sustainability data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established work plans and organizational targets.

Implement and coordinate Sustainability and ESG programs/initiatives in accordance with the Company's sustainability strategy and management direction.

Prepare ESG and Sustainability reports and documentation to support the monitoring and achievement of the Company's sustainability objectives.

Ensure ESG and Sustainability data, activities, and reporting are in compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and Company requirements.

Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to support ESG data collection, program implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or other relevant fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sustainability/ESG, ESG reporting, sustainability programs, or data analysis/collection; experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or Consulting is preferred.

Strong understanding of ESG and Sustainability reporting and related sustainability practices.

Familiarity with SROI, ROSI, GHG, and ISO standards.

Strong analytical and data processing skills, with high attention to detail.

Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

ISO training/certification is preferred/required.
