Job summary

ADVANCE.AI is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality talent across multiple functions and seniority levels.

Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, building talent pipelines, and providing market insights on salary

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in Talent Acquisition with regional or multi-country exposure.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Experience hiring across Singapore and Southeast Asia; Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand exposure preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior hiring managers.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Track progress and provide updates on pipeline and metrics.
• Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the process.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand. This role will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the region to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality talent across various functions and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across assigned markets, from talent sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders across different markets while ensuring timely hiring delivery.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, and provide structured recommendations to hiring managers.
• Support compensation discussions and provide insights on local talent markets, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates on pipeline, hiring status, and key recruitment metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and overall TA efficiency across the region.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably with regional or multi-country exposure.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Experience hiring across Singapore and Southeast Asia; exposure to Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of local talent markets and ability to adapt recruitment strategies across different countries.
• Experience in technology, fintech, financial services, or other high-growth environments is a plus.
