• Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job specifications and required skills.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in preparing interview questions and candidate profiles.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and the company's website.
• Participate in candidate interviews (if applicable), and take notes for follow-up discussions.
• Help maintain an up-to-date candidate database, track candidate progress, and assist with other HR-related administrative tasks.
• Conduct market research on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
• Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
