Job summary

PT Link Net Tbk in Indonesia is offering an internship within the Talent Acquisition team to source, screen, and interview candidates. You will assist in developing talent management processes and coordinate assessments, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment operations.

The role requires currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, psychology, education, or related field, with strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience and strong interest in recruitment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist in the development and refinement of talent management and development processes.
• Help coordinate and implement talent assessment initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and updating candidate records.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for talent management initiatives.
• Maintain and update records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee recruitment/development activities.
