• Interview & Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews and communicate timelines; assist with candidate assessments and admin tasks.
• Recruitment Administration & Reporting: Update databases, trackers, and offer documents; monitor vacancy progress and generate reports.
• Employer Branding & Recruitment Activities: Support content creation for social media and recruitment platforms to enhance employer branding.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment activities across Retail Operations. This role will be involved in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and employer branding activities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, communicative, and eager to learn about the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources within a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Talent Pool Development

• Support candidate sourcing for Retail Operations positions across Indonesia.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for retail positions across our store network nationwide.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen CVs based on job requirements and candidate qualifications.
• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively identify potential candidates for recurring and upcoming Retail Operations vacancies.

Interview & Recruitment Coordination

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, recruitment processes, and required documents.
• Assist with candidate assessments and recruitment administration.

Recruitment Administration & Reporting

• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and monitoring vacancy progress.
• Support the preparation of offer letters, employment documents, and other recruitment-related materials.
• Ensure recruitment documentation is properly organized and updated.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Activities

• Support employer branding initiatives across social media and recruitment platforms.
• Support the development of recruitment content and communication materials.

We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Final-year students or fresh graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
• Previous internship or experience in Recruitment or Human Resources is a plus.
• Interested in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources.
• Familiar with basic recruitment processes and candidate screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management and coordination skills.
• Willing to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period.
