Job summary

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, psychology, education, or related field.
Experience and strong interest in recruitment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Assist in development and refinement of talent management processes.
Coordinate and implement talent assessment initiatives.
Administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and updating candidate records.
Prepare reports and presentations for talent management initiatives.
Maintain and update records and databases to track recruitment/development activities.
