Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 1+ year of recruitment or HR experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with job portals.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• High attention to detail and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Screen CVs/resumes based on requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and users.
• Respond to recruitment inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and communications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs.
• Publish job advertisements on various platforms and social media.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
