Job summary

PT. BALI TOWERINDO SENTRA Tbk (BALITOWER) is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment in Jakarta, ensuring timely hiring and strong candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers to define manpower needs, source candidates via portals and LinkedIn Recruiter, conduct interviews, and manage multiple vacancies with tight deadlines. Maintain recruitment databases and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for various positions and levels.
• Familiar with job portals and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Telecoms/tech industry experience is a plus.

Job description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to selection, offering, and onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.

Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the agreed timeline and manpower requirements.

Monitor recruitment progress and prepare regular recruitment reports, including hiring status, time-to-fill, and recruitment performance.

Maintain recruitment databases and ensure all candidate documentation is complete and properly recorded.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruitment vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for various positions and job levels.

Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other candidate sourcing platforms.

Good interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is an advantage.
