Job summary

PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (Balitower) is a leading provider of telecom tower infrastructures in Bali Province. This role supervises civil and structural works for AI Data Center projects, ensuring progress, quality, and safety compliance on site.

You will review designs, monitor workmanship, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and specifications. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably in Structural/Geotechnical/Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years in civil/site civil engineering for high-rise, industrial or data center projects.
• Minimum 2 years supervising civil and structural works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit Structure, MS Project and MS Excel.

Job description

Supervise civil and structural works for AI Data Center projects.

Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Ensure construction works meet approved designs and technical specifications.

Coordinate site activities to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably specializing in Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer or Site Civil Engineer in high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, Data Centers, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Minimum 2 years of experience supervising civil and structural works is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Civil & Structural Engineering, Structural Analysis, Construction Methods, Shop Drawing Review, and Quality Control.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit Structure, MS Project, and MS Excel.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, leadership, and coordination skills.

Proficient in English; relevant SKK Construction certification is an advantage.
