Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a skilled professional to design and develop technical requirement documents that align with business needs. You will collaborate with product teams and engineers to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements, while contributing to IT operations and InfoSec/GRC management.

The role emphasizes documentation using Sequence Diagrams, C4, UML/BPMN diagrams, and strong SQL/data modelling skills within a microservices context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• 2+ years' experience leading an application development team.
• Experience as software engineer; financial services background a plus (investment, remittance, lending).
• Proficient in system design and documentation: Sequence Diagram, C4 Diagrams, UML/BPMN diagrams.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, API & integration, messaging, data management (SQL).
• Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical requirements documents (API Contracts, Sequence Diagram, ERD, FSM Diagram).
• Collaborate with Product Owners/ Managers, Tech Product Owners, Developers, Solution Architects and QA to align business and technical requirements.
• Support IT Operations with database design and cloud strategies (local alt DB and on-cloud).
• Support IT InfoSec and GRC management.
