Kandidat diharapkan berpengalaman dalam Java, Springboot, NodeJS, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Redis, RDBMS/NoSQL, serta desain database dan dokumentasi SRS.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang terkait
• Kemampuan komunikasi baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris
• Kemampuan teknis pada Java, Springboot, Node JS, Message Broker (RabbitMQ/Kafka), Redis, RDBMS(MySQL/Postgre), NoSQL(MongoDB/Elasticsearch), HTML, CSS, Flutter, Desain Database (ERD), Data Dictionary, RestAPI, Socket, XML/SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger, Design System seperti Sequence Diagram, Statechart Diagram, Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
• Pengalaman memimpin tim

Responsibilities

• Mengkaji kebutuhan yang diberikan Product Owner dan memberikan detail teknis terkait UI/Halaman dan API/Backend yang perlu dibuat termasuk requests dan responses
• Memastikan agar semua anggota programmer memahami apa yang akan dilakukan, kerangka kerja yang dipakai, desain database, serta log yang tersedia dan diformat dengan baik
• Meninjau dan menggabungkan kode sumber yang dibuat tim pemrogram, memastikan sesuai user story, aman, dan versi terkelola dengan baik
• Berperan aktif dalam proses pengembangan sistem aplikasi, sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan PMO
• Berkordinasi dengan atasan mengenai arsitektur sistem aplikasi yang akan dibuat agar kokoh, stabil, aman, dan memiliki SLA tinggi
• Meningkatkan perbaikan bug dan memprioritaskan penyelesaian blockers
• Terlibat jika ada masalah/bug pada aplikasi yang berjalan, cari akar masalah dan selesaikan dengan koordinasi PM/SM, Product Owner, DevOps/SRE
• Melakukan outreach mengenai secure coding kepada semua programmer, memberikan contoh, serta menggunakan alat seperti SonarQube untuk secure coding
• Jika ada pemrosesan transaksional, buat diagram Sequence dan Statechart, kode respons yang jelas sesuai klasifikasi
• Membuat desain database dan secara berkala meninjau kebutuhan yang diterima serta melakukan perubahan dan versioning
• Berkoordinasi dengan DevOps/SRE dan tim DBA, menjelaskan checklist deployment untuk tiap rilis agar deliverables berjalan dengan baik

• Review the requirements provided by the Product Owner and provide technical details regarding the UI/Page and API/Backend that need to be created including requests and responses
• Ensure that all programmer members can clearly understand what will be done, the framework used, the database design, and logs are available and well formatted
• Review and merge the source code created by the programming team, ensuring that it matches the user story and is security safe, as well as good versioning
• Play an active role in the application system development process, events determined by PMO Team
• coordinating with superiors regarding the application system architecture that will be created so that it is robust, stable, secure, and has a high SLA
• Make regular improvements related to bugs that occur and prioritize fixing blockers of a process
• Get involved if there are problems/bugs with the application that is already running, look for the root of the problem, and solve it in coordination with PM/SM, Product Owner, DevOps/SRE
• Conduct outreach regarding secure coding to all programmers, provide examples, and use sonarqube/similar tools to produce secure coding
• If there is transactional processing, it is mandatory to create sequence and statechart diagrams, clear response codes according to the classification
• Create a design database and periodically review the requirements received and make changes and version them
• Coordinating with the DevOps/SRE and DBA team, explaining the deployment checklist for each release, such as what needs to be updated, etc. so that the deliverables can run well
