Job summary

PT Pronata Data Insani is seeking a System Engineer / System Administrator with a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field and at least 3 years of hands-on experience. You will manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V), administer Windows Server and Linux (RHEL), and oversee servers, storage, and networking (DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP).

The role requires strong troubleshooting, incident handling, backup/restore, patching, and basic server security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as System Engineer / System Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V).
• Strong administration and troubleshooting for Windows Server and Linux (RHEL).
• Solid knowledge of servers, storage, networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience in server monitoring, backup/restore, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of user/access management and basic server security.
• Experience in incident/problem troubleshooting and RCA.
• Scripting/Automation experience is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experienced in Incident/Problem Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Familiar with Scripting / Automation is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
